Small and medium series for optical equipment and device industry
Milled parts and assemblies for optical equipment and the device industry are usually subject to the highest demands in terms of position, shape and surface tolerances. In order to guarantee the precision and reliability of the parts, they are subject to process controls that have been tried and tested over many years.
The machined parts are tested in an air-conditioned measuring room on a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine to rule out measurement fluctuations. The extensive machinery with numerous 5-axis milling machines is also housed on cool premises.
