For over 15 years, Ziegler Präzisionsteile GmbH has been an A-supplier for mechanical components in various industries such as medical technology, aviation, motorsport, equipment industry, optics and general mechanical engineering. We are certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 and DIN EN 9100: 2018. Our core competence lies in the area of parts production in 3-axis and 5-axis milling technology as well as the production of ready-to-install assemblies, including surface treatment and documentation.

Robot-assisted series production
We consistently use our robot technology and production cells for large series and recurring orders. Thanks to the high level of automation, we achieve the highest level of efficiency from batch size 5, incl. parts cleaning and integrated quality assurance through a coordinate measuring machine.
Laser inscriptions
Laser marking or laser engraving is permanent, precise and easy. If required, we offer you the option of laser labelling and laser engraving to mark workpieces with serial/article numbers, product and manufacturer information, barcodes, logos, and much more.
Surface treatment and heat treatment
As a supplement to our machining process, we offer you the option of realising partial geometries and certain surface structures using suitable, additional mechanical machining processes. Among other things, we offer the following services as external work:
